Session 2 is aimed at building your confidence in the ability to achieve your goal and more importantly, getting very specific about it all. It involves four exercises for you to work through. It involves four unique steps / exercises for you to work through; namely writing your goal, a set of Cartesian LOGIC questions, recognising 10 reasons & 10 consequences of your goal and lastly, discovering resources already at your disposal.
