Session 3 is aimed at developing your action plan and creating a clear path towards your success. You can think of this plan as your personal GPS system. It will help guide you, as well as show you where to get back on track if you have taken an “alternative turn”. It involves three unique steps / exercises for you to work through; namely building your personal map, becoming aware of the "sacrifices" you will have to make in order to reach your goal and lastly, taking action.
